 2012 FALL 2012 SEASON REGISTRATION

SATURDAY, JUNE 9^th, 2012
Cost $115.00 per player
Menifee Valley Community Center/Gymnasium
Located across the parking lot from
Bell Mountain Middle School
28525 La Piedra Rd., Menifee 92584
8:00 am to 3:00 pm

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
  1) Go to www.eAYSO.org and follow the instructions to register online                     
2) Print out and sign two copies of the player registration form.                               
2) All new players must present their birth certificate or passport for age verification.
3) Acceptable forms of payment: Checks (with valid state issued ID) and cash only! 

Registration for the Fall 2012 season will take place on the following days and locations:

 Note: If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, public libraries offer free internet access.

While you are registering your player(s) to play please take the opportunity to register to volunteer for the Fall 2012 season. AYSO is an all volunteer organization that requires active parental participation in order to ensure a succesfull and pleasant experience for all. That being said, we are always looking for Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Referees, Team Managers, and many other volunteers. No prior experience is required, as we offer free training. 

We even have youth volunteer positions available for students looking to fullfill their community service graduation requirements!

  OPENING DAY NEWS!

 To kick off our 20th season, we are having an Opening Day with ceremonies and a carnival on August 18, 2012, from 8:00am to 2:00pm, at Wheatfield Park. This carnival will include local business and food vendors, a fun zone, game booths, raffle drawings, and much more! With over 1100 players last year, we are expecting more than 2500 people in attendance for this event! 

We are asking area businesses to help with any funding they can to support this event.  As a non-profit organization, your donations to AYSO are tax deductible. We are also seeking food and business vendors. This opportunity will expose your business to the community and show your support for our sports programs.  If you would like to participate, please complete the Vendor application (link).
